Position Available: Receptionist/Office Assistant

Core Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to voicemails
• Greet walk in customers
• Set Sales appointments
• Process incoming leads
• Process incoming contracts
• Check mail, process as required
• Open new service requests
• Provide administrative support as needed to all departments
• Cross train to provide support when required

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Technical aptitude with various digital tools and platforms.
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
