Job Title: Receptionist / Office Admin
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist / Office Admin to join our team on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files and documents to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the legal team.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or a similar role in a professional office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
