SalarySeeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist for a busy Cardiology Practice.
The position is mainly at our Clinton Twp location but will also cover at our Roseville office as needed.
Job Duties
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Confirmation of Appointments
- Scheduling Appointments
- Patient call backs and Rescheduling
- Check In, Check Out
- Collection of Co-payments and Insurance Verification
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Working with the medical staff and doctors on day to day operation
Skills and Abilities
- Maintaining a professional work environment
- Ability to take accurate phone messages and translate into EMR note
- Excel in Customer Service
- Work cooperatively in a Team environment
- Medical Terminology

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with multiple doctors, Cardiology preferred
- EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
- At least (1) year working in an medical office or hospital
- Experience scheduling multiple appointments into multiple schedules with accuracy
