The candidate hired for this position should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to manage customer service situations, and respond promptly to requests from co-workers and callers.
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain all tasks related to Reception Area
Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Perform clerical duties such as data entry
Assist Accounting staff with sending invoices to clients
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail (inputting of numbers involved)
Ability to anticipate work needs (proactive) and interact professionally with customers and co-workers
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
