SalaryWe are seeking a dependable, hard-working person who is looking for a part-time position as a Receptionist/Customer Service rep to work an integral role in a growing health care team environment. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and flexible, be able to multi-task, have a great attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and must be a rapid learner. This position entails administrative work to keep our office running smoothly. This position requires flexibility, multi-tasking, attention to detail in a busy office setting. Position includes but not limited to answering phones, scheduling patients, scanning documents, working referrals, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, work is completed using an EHR/EMR system.
Requirements/Skills:
* High School Diploma/Transcript or GED Certificate required
* Medical office experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone
* Must possess exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Computer literate is a must
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
* Ability to function effectively in a high energy and high paced medical practice
* Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with patients and professionals of all disciplines
* Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks
Schedule: Our office is open Monday through Thursday and 1-2 Fridays each month. This is a part-time position working approximately 2-3 days per week or possible more if needed.
