Looking to hire immediately! Auto Body shop looking for a professional who has previous experience with Collision Repair shop office duties. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detailed oriented, dependable, and able to multi-task.
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that customers receive outstanding service while their vehicle is being repaired at the shop. They are also the liaison between the shop and the customer.
Some duties and responsibilities are:
- Answering Phones
- Greeting Customers
- Updating Status of repairs to Customers: Provide outstanding service on the progress of the customers vehicle. Be the connection between the front office and body shop.
- Data entry/ Filing
- Contacting Insurance Companies
- General Office duties
- Handling customer files
- Customer Handling during vehicle drop- off and pick up: photograph and document vehicles, prepare paperwork, & arrange for customer transportation.
Required Skills:
- Work well under pressure
- Must be able to multi-task
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Individual needs to have a positive attitude and be punctual
- Individual needs to have good communication skills
- Must be computer literate and able to use web based software
- Collision Repair shop experience preferred
- Knowledge of CCC One
