Patient Services Representative

Primary Care office in Bristol, TN is seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative to work in a busy physician practice full-time. The perfect candidate will be dependable, have a smile in their voice, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment with a willingness to learn.

The following knowledge, skills and abilities apply: Experience greeting patients with a smile, a friendly voice, and an understanding ear. Knowledge of Athena or other electronic health record preferred. Duties include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating the on-call schedule, monitoring voice mail messages and updating or scanning patient files.

The standard schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends required.
