Receptionist/Cashier

Acura of Bay Shore is searching for a Receptionist / Cashier to add to our team. We are a busy sales department with a strong supportive service team.

Job duties:

• Greeting customers at the reception desk, answering customer’s questions and providing information on procedures or policies.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers accurately.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift (including excel worksheet of service invoice totals).
• Guarantee all checks in accordance with company policy.
• Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls.
• Check with Management at the end of each shift before leaving the dealership to make sure they do not need anything additional.
• Light Filing.
• Able to have a flexible work schedule, including some holidays
• Very light administrative work
• Requirements:
• Customer service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Must be willing to submit to a hair drug screen & background check
