Job Overview:
As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product demonstrations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Handle making service appointments
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling

Experience:
- Previous experience as a cashier or receptionist is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
