Our Receptionist is often the first encounter our visitors with the Bogin, Munns and Munns culture. As such, the ideal candidate is someone who embodies the qualities of warmth, empathy, professionalism, and a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role by ensuring that guests are positively and warmly welcomed.
Receptionist responsibilities include offering administrative support across the business. You will welcome guests and greet people who come to visit the office and coordinate Receptionist activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations, making sure all administrative tasks are executed to the highest quality standards. Since this role also provides assistance with incoming calls, you will be trained in the duties of the Client Services Agent. The Receptionist area is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work during those business hours.
Case Manager Assistant responsibilities include assisting the attorney in gathering treatment and expense information, developing demands, preparing documents and correspondence, maintaining open communications with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and ensuring the clients receive the maximum compensation for their injuries.

Job Description Role and Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures, attorney, and management’s business cards etc.).
· Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., computers, fax machines and printers).
· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Offer refreshments to potential or existing clients waiting in the conference room.
· Assist in managing personal injury files from inception to closing.
· Open new files and make the initial client contact.
· Assist the Case Manager to prepare demands and demand packages.
· Request checks and mail to appropriate parties.
· Close files.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Highly organized, and detail-oriented with great empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English.
· Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and Excel.
· The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain the latest information.
· Must thrive in a team environment.
· Reliable and dependable.
· Ability to type at least 40 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
· Plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience.
· Experienced preparing itemized closing/disbursement statements.
· High school diploma or GED: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

· Organization skills to keep accurate records and find essential information quickly.
· Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
· Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all visitors, such as being personable and attentive.
· Possesses familiarity with legal terminology and business practices.
