Job description

Oakley Enterprises is looking to fill an opening for an Administrative Support Clerk/Receptionist.

The ideal candidate would be highly organized and extraordinarily professional. Candidate should also possess impeccable interpersonal skills, excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional time management skills. Must have a clean driving record.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Administrative Support
  • Filing all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Answering telephone and greeting customers
  • Data Entry
  • Preparing, Consolidating, and Organizing paperwork for management
  • Following up with possible tenants for several rental properties
  • Showing rental properties
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
