Oakley Enterprises is looking to fill an opening for an Administrative Support Clerk/Receptionist.
The ideal candidate would be highly organized and extraordinarily professional. Candidate should also possess impeccable interpersonal skills, excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional time management skills. Must have a clean driving record.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administrative Support
- Filing all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Answering telephone and greeting customers
- Data Entry
- Preparing, Consolidating, and Organizing paperwork for management
- Following up with possible tenants for several rental properties
- Showing rental properties
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
