Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Adult Education, this position requires inputting student data into the Alabama Adult Education System for Accountability and Performance (AAESAP) and scheduling testing for potential students.
Salary Schedule: Local Salary Schedule (L) $18.03 per hour for up 19 hours per week
This is a part time position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enters and monitors data in the Alabama Adult Education System for Accountability and Performance (AAESAP) by the 15th of the monthUpdates and maintains databases, spreadsheets, and other dataAnswers phone calls and responds to inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerSchedule testing and Orientation dates for studentsProvides general administrative support, including photocopying, and filing documents.Adheres to data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentialityPerforms occasional administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the departmentPerforms other duties as required by the Adult Education DirectorPerforms other job-related duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator/supervisorThe
Adult Education Support Clerk will be expected to work up to 19 hrs/week in a flexible schedule when needed, which may include day, evening, night and weekend hours.
