Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the face of the company by greeting and welcoming all vendors, customers, and visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate colleague, take messages, and respond swiftly to callers' needs
- Send and receive emails & faxes
- Manage scheduling of executive conference room
- Maintain, clean, and organize the reception area and front lobby
Qualifications
- 2 years' Receptionist experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Polished, professional, pleasant demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
