Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist or in a law firm setting is a plus
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical procedures
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
