Objective
Responsibilities:
- Welcome participants to the job location.
- Instruct and support participants throughout their time at the job location
- Track participant appointments.
- Ensure participants’ satisfaction
- Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Track data in spreadsheets using Google Sheet/Excel experience
- Coordinate project activities with team members as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service for the food, retail or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills.
- Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project.
- Ability to interact professionally with project participants and customer teams.
- Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail.
