Key Responsibilities
- Research Media Lists:
- Identify media outlets and journalists writing round-up gift guides.
- Keep our media contact lists updated and organized.
- Create Reports on Media Placements:
- Compile detailed reports including unique visitors, media reach, and other relevant metrics.
- Fill in missing information to ensure comprehensive coverage analysis.
- Marketing Support for Small Business:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our small business.
- Newsletter Creation:
- Design and curate content for our regular newsletters using Mailchimp.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and frequency of communication.
- Social Media Management:
- Engage on brand's social media.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks and Projects:
- Be ready to jump in with various tasks or projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or PR is a significant plus.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Being located in NYC is a plus but not mandatory.
- A strong interest in wine is advantageous.
- Must be responsive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 Hours per Week, with potential for increased availability.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
