Onsite role
Location: Rochester, NY
HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Receptionist duties includes managing the call switchboard for inbound calls, creating badges and ID's, responsible for mail, and office facilities.

  • Receptionist and Switchboard
  • Covers the phones for Client Services - a critical level of client support provided
  • Receives guests, vendors and handles all team members badging and building access
  • Office Management of 2 physical office suites (100 & 500)
  • Vendor management, facilities, ordering and stocking supplies
  • Processes inbound/outbound Mail and packages
  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • High School or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in Administrative Assistant/Reception Role
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills to best communicate with clients, the team in person, over the phone and via e-mail
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional, reliable, self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task
  • Able to keep up in a fast pace work environment
  • Keen to learn, outgoing, and a team player

If the position applied to is not located in New York, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $35,000 Salary Maximum: $50,000. The base salary range above represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. In addition, there are a variety of benefits offered to employees, including health/dental/vision insurance coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
