Receptionist - Radiology, Prn

The Receptionist is responsible for exemplary customer service delivery while greeting patients and visitors, answering high volume phone calls and overseeing other daily operations of front desk in a medical office to maintain optimal flow of services rendered.

• Greets all patients and visitors in person or by telephone. Uses customer service principles and techniques while responding to patient inquiries.
• Checks in patients for exams.
• Order entry into AllScripts after registration is completed.
• Communicates with offices for new orders.
• Assists patients with picking up films.
• Communicates with physicians and staff regarding any patient related issues.

Experience

Education

• High School/GED or better
