We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and conference room reservations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office software is a plus
