Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule meetings as needed *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival *Maintains telecommunications system. *Provide a professional & efficient reception service

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing *Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects

Must be able to pass background check.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
