Receptionist (Part-Time)

Carroll County Youth Service Bureau (CCYSB) is a private, non-profit organization located in Westminster, MD. We offer a range of outpatient treatment services to include community-based and evidence-based mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, transition-age youth, adults, and families in Carroll County.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Receptionist position. Hours would be Mondays and Tuesdays, 3:45 pm to 8:15 pm (subject to change) with a possibility for more hours when helping cover vacations, etc. Must have some flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking clients in/out for their appointments, collect co-pays and balance due
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Call clients to remind them of their upcoming appointment
• File client charts, notes, etc

Requirements/Experience

• High school diploma required
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently while also working as a team
• Experience with an electronic health records program a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
