ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Cloud Cannabis is seeking an energetic and welcoming Receptionist. The ideal candidate for this position would possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi- task and have a general interest in the cannabis industry. The Receptionist will be responsible for various duties, including greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and being a crucial player in developing and maintaining our patient and customer relationships.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Work as part of a team
- Have availability to work across our retail schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be present and on time for all scheduled shifts
- Maintain CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance by following state, and federal rules and regulations as they relate to cannabis sales in the state of Michigan
- Exhibit high attention to detail
- Be energetic, motivated, passionate, friendly, and kind around customers and team members
- Greet patients and customers with enthusiasm and enter their data in the system
- Excellent communication skills - is accessible, responsive, a good listener, with professional written and verbal communications skills
- Radiates great positive energy - great interpersonal skills, approachable, builds strong connections with people, enthusiastic, outgoing and courteous
- Ability to perform routine daily tasks, requiring close attention to detail and accuracy
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- Part-Time position
- Typical hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 9:00AM - 9:00PM (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
- Must be 21 years of age (State Requirement)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic Math Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age
Weekly day range:
- Weekends/holidays as needed
