The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet families, visitors and residents and direct them appropriately
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Assist with day to day operations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a part-time position, working afternoons, evenings and weekends. Must have flexible availability.
