Role Description:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and become the first point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Receptionist at Snyder’s Landscape, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every caller feels welcomed and valued, helping to create a positive and memorable experience for our clients.
Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to make clients feel at ease and valued over the phone
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

Responsibilities as a Receptionist at Snyder’s Lawn Design:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
• Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Providing information to clients and answering basic inquiries about our services
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Monitoring and managing voicemail and email inquiries
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service
