We are a doggy daycare, boarding, training and grooming facility seeking a friendly and professional part -time receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for the business you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls
- Provide information about our products and services to clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for facility and staff using company software

- Checking customers in and out for the day, taking payment and managing nightly deposits

-Building a rapport with clients and their pets. Some interaction and handling of dogs may be necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
