Receptionist

ZGF is seeking a Receptionist to be based in our downtown Portland office as the front desk ambassador. We are looking for a high energy person who thrives in social settings with excellent communication skills.
As a Receptionist you will...

• Perform front desk operations including answering phone lines in an efficient, businesslike manner
• Greet guests, notify employees upon arrival, and direct guests to meeting room locations
• Follow security protocols and sign-in process for guests
• Receive packages, handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail notifications to employees
• Maintain an organized reception area and conference rooms
• Schedule maintenance and vendor access requests through building facilities
• Have the ability to provide administrative assistance as needed for general office matters

Qualifications

• Prior experience with front desk operations / receptionist duties within an office setting
• Must be upbeat, personable, and professional; articulate with excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, confident and professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
