ZGF is seeking a Receptionist to be based in our downtown Portland office as the front desk ambassador. We are looking for a high energy person who thrives in social settings with excellent communication skills.
As a Receptionist you will...
- Perform front desk operations including answering phone lines in an efficient, businesslike manner
- Greet guests, notify employees upon arrival, and direct guests to meeting room locations
- Follow security protocols and sign-in process for guests
- Receive packages, handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail notifications to employees
- Maintain an organized reception area and conference rooms
- Schedule maintenance and vendor access requests through building facilities
- Have the ability to provide administrative assistance as needed for general office matters
Qualifications
- Prior experience with front desk operations / receptionist duties within an office setting
- Must be upbeat, personable, and professional; articulate with excellent communication skills
- Outgoing, confident and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
