**Receptionist** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Transcribe notes and documents accurately - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area **Skills:** - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple lines - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus - Ability to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently - Front desk experience is preferred We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
