Receptionist

Purpose: The Receptionist is often the first representative of the dealership to greet visitors by phone and in person. Making a strong, positive and helpful first impression, reflects the high value we place on guest experience. The receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system, determine caller’s needs and route to appropriate department.

Greet visitors, determine their needs and contacts the appropriate department for visitor escort

Creates a unique and personalize experience for each customer

Extend hospitality to all customers and associates

Support departments with can do attitude

Manage the overall appearance of the showroom

Manage the overall appearance of waiting areas

Assist various departments with special projects as needed

Communicate customer’s needs to those responsible

Empowered to assume personal accountability for satisfying all customers you meet

Administrative duties as assigned by GM

Requirements:

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
