Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate and manage office equipment including computerized systems and phone systems

- Make client binders for court

- Calendar new court dates within the client portal

- Copy any documentation that client(s) bring to the office

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with law office operations is a plus
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
