Receptionist

Wolfe Family Vision Center in Humboldt has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to work 3 to 4 days per week.

Successful candidates must be able to provide excellent patient service, have good time management and communication skills, possess exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
• Updating patient information
• Answering phones
• Scheduling and canceling appointments
• Entering and verifying insurance information and patient demographics
• Collecting payments and entering charges
• Dispensing/fitting lenses and frames
• Assisting patients in frame/lens selection
• Performing other duties as needed

Medical office experience preferred but will train the right person.
