SalaryHonda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. company, is looking for a full-time Receptionist. The principal function of the Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service by answering/transferring phone calls, cashing out customers, and assisting management as requested. $18/hour starting pay!
Receptionist Compensation Package:

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Must be available for 7:00 a.m start time
- Answer phone calls in a customer-friendly manner and successfully route them as necessary
- Receive customer payments and close out Service Repair Order and Parts Invoices
- Receive customer deposits from the Sales and Finance departments
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping a neat and clean reception area
- Spreadsheet data entry and log keeping using Excel
- Handles special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager
- Support other administrative positions as requested
Requirements:
- Professional presentation and customer-friendly attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
