Title: Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with - Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.
Location: Swedesford Rd, Wayne, PA 19087 Free parking.
Compensation:$17.00-$17.00 per hour

The Receptionist provides concierge level office services including, but not limited to, reception, business support, filing, scanning, administrative support, conference room management, and hospitality services at a client site in Wayne PA.
Due to the fact that this is a front of the house position which directly interacts with clients and guests, we require all candidates to complete a HireVue which is where you will record your answers to interview questions prior to the face to face interview. Our client has required this step in the process so we can quickly share potential candidates for review, so please prepare to present yourself in those videos as if you were interviewing face to face with our client for a front of house, receptionist role.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and partner teammates upon arrival and be the eyes and ears for the organization
- Identify and act on client and visitor requests
- Maintain and operate a multi-line phone system, route and transfer calls
- Maintain and operate customer facing e-mail accounts, forward requests, inquiries, questions, and concerns
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and conference room requests
- Create and/or edit MS Office documents
Qualifications
- MS Office experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Superb customer service skills and polish
- A self-starter with an engaging and outgoing personality
- Professional polish and poise to interact with senior management
