We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk area and ensuring exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors. If you have experience in a medical office or dental office setting and possess strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our phone system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental office is preferred
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software is a plus
