We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our busy clinic located in the Gateway Medical Building. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a candidate who is detail-oriented, excels at multitasking, has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and enjoys delivering superb customer service.
Primary duties include performing receptionist duties like greeting patients, helping them find their location, managing mail and faxes, checking in patients for appointments, verifying insurance and collecting copays.
Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Starting pay range, based on experience: $17.43 - $23.58 per hour.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:
- Prior EMR experience strongly preferred
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent prior work references.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
