Description
Sullivan County Health Care is adding to our team! We are looking for a per diem receptionist.
Examples of Duties
- Greet and direct visitors, volunteers and other members of the public by providing general information and directions in accordance with accepted practices and management's direction.
- Using a multi-line telephone, answer and appropriately route all incoming calls.
- Support Administrator and other departments in the preparation and completion of correspondence and documentation as needed or requested. General word processing and experience with Word to include: typing correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
Hours/Schedule will vary within these time frames:
- 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday
- 8am-8pm weekends and some holidays
Rate of pay is $16.00/hr plus shift differential
Supplemental Information
Shift Differential:
- $2/hour - 2nd shift
- 20% of base rate of pay for all Weekend shifts
