VCA New Kent Animal Hospital is looking for an energetic, supportive, and team-oriented customer service representative to join our team! We are hiring for a full-time position, but willing to negotiate for a part-time position.
Candidates must have a positive attitude, great work ethic, compassion for people and pets, thrive in a fast paced environment, and someone that has the ability to provide our clients with an amazing customer service experience at every visit and with every phone call. Excellent communication skills is a must.
Knowledge of basic veterinary medicine and customer service experience are highly desired, but not required. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and attention to detail is vital.

Hospital hours: Monday through Friday 7:30a-6p, Closed Saturday & Sunday
We do not offer boarding services, so no overnight or after-hours kennel work required.
