Receptionist

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30PM.

Excellent organizational skills and professional phone etiquette are a must. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Answering a multi-line phone
2. Transferring, fielding, and screening incoming calls
3. AP check/Invoice/Mill Certification filing
4. Inbound/Outbound USPS mail
5. Answering the doorbell; monitoring and verifying all visitors when allowing access to the building.

This position may have added administrative responsibilities in the future, but for now it will be mainly phone/doors and filing.
