Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational and administrative skills, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
