Receptionist; [01280 - Receptionist]
Job purpose
Alpine Air is currently seeking a full-time experienced Receptionist to be located at their Provo company headquarters site. The Receptionist will be responsible for presenting a positive image of Alpine Air through fielding incoming phone calls and greeting customers and clients.
Duties and responsibilities
The selected applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Greet customers and clients
- Receive mail and packages
- Order office supplies
- Make travel arrangements
- Administrative support for the executive team
- Data Entry
- Other light office duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Great attitude and friendly demeanor
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferred
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to type 50 WPM and have basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA in administration or relevant field will be preferred
Working conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
This position is a Full-Time position, 35-40 hours per week, with competitive benefits and 401k with employer match. Two weeks of Paid Time Off in first year of employment, eleven (11) paid holidays per year, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are available at date of hire.
