Compensation:$32,750 - $42,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
