Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls, answer questions, and provide information whenever possible. Take complete and accurate messages and route calls to appropriate staff members.

Greet and offer assistance to members and visitors.

Provide computer or clerical assistance to other staff members and volunteers.

Operate office machines and maintain the workroom as directed.

Maintain inventory of office supplies as directed.

Maintain the reception area in a clean and attractive manner.

Seal, stamp, sort, and post outgoing mail as directed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year experience in the office arena.

Type at least 45 words per minute.

Ability to handle busy phones, with grace, in a professional manner.

Ability to use and learn software programs.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 – 40 per week
