Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for all visitors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills, such as emailing, scanning, printing, etc.
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
