```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, emailing, calling, and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.

- Proficient in typing and using various software applications for calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
