Receptionist

Willson & Pechacek, P.L.C. is a general practice law firm looking to hire a full-time Receptionist for our Council Bluffs, Iowa office. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Ideal candidate will be comfortable handling incoming calls, greeting incoming clients, and will present a professional and courteous first impression to all callers and visitors. Prior law firm experience preferred. Salary based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system
• Interacting with clients in a positive manner
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendaring system
• Receiving and sorting mail
• Performing other administrative and clerical support tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• 1 year office experience
