Department: Facility Support- Schedule: PART Time(20 hours per week) 12:30pm-8pm. Variety of days, weekends and holidays included - 1230-8pm.

- Location: Southfield, MI
Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas.
- Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
- Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,
if applicable.

- Must have excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to multi-task with ease;
- Able to communicate effectively with multiple departments, patients and their families.
- Basic computer skills necessary.
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service roll;
- Ability to maintain calm during complicated situations.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
