YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and energetic Field Marketing Manager to support our sales team by developing and executing Field Marketing programs and events to support sales and the business. 

This person will collaborate closely with many cross functional team members including executives, sales, product, partner and customer marketing to ensure successful programs for our prospective customers while helping to achieve both individual, team and company goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop the Field Marketing strategy and execution plan for the sales org with the mindset to create and accelerate pipeline with a focus on ABM, tradeshows, field events (in-person or virtual) and direct mail
  • Craft overall marketing strategy in partnership with broader Sales and Marketing team members to generate leads and accelerate pipeline
  • Develop account based marketing plans for target accounts based on industry data, company metrics and regional needs
  • Collaborate closely with the channel team to integrate partners into Field Marketing opportunities and build on cross channel relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with all global marketing functions to drive in-region sales success, helping to deliver qualified leads and pipeline opportunities within target accounts
  • Work closely with account managers to establish upsell opportunities with existing customer accounts
  • Leverage corporate content and digital campaigns to build out regionalized sales plays 
  • Responsible for all event execution logistics - venue selection and negotiation, vendors, internal creative/design teams, deliverables, logistics and operations as well as onsite execution
  • Conduct pre and post event meetings to communicate objectives that outlines roles and responsibilities for the broader team members including follow up action items
  • Design and craft program/event support campaign materials including: email campaigns, landing pages, social media, internal and external messaging, etc
  • Responsible for campaign setup and database operations including: Salesforce, Hubspot, Sendoso, 6Sense and Canva
  • Own metrics for success in your region - track, analyze and report out on the efficiency of Field Marketing programs to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Ensure alignment between marketing investment and sales requirements for all Field Marketing programs
  • Create and manage program/event calendar, budgets, project plans, reporting and summaries for your region
  • Work with outside agencies and vendors as needed to appropriately execute Mirakl's marketing vision, branding and story

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Field Marketing and/or corporate events, preferably in a high tech SAAS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
  • Familiarity of working closely with sales teams to partner on overall strategy, goals and follow up motions for Field Marketing initiatives
  • Experience with marketing reporting and ability to show ROI of programs and events
  • Outcomes driven and analytical with a background in building and executing impactful marketing programs for both executive and practitioner audiences
  • Familiarity with a range of mar-tech tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Sendoso, 6Sense, Canva)
  • Willingness to travel
