Receptionist, FULL-TIME
We're hiring a full-time Receptionist for Skyline Country Club!

Ideal candidates are organized, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Receptionists are directly responsible in assisting in the day-to-day operations of the property and its staff. The Receptionist will provide mid‐level administrative support handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as: answering phones, preparing correspondence, greeting and directing visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Beginners are welcome – previous Receptionist experience is not required for the position.

Responsibilities
- Greet and act as liaison with vendors and guests
- Prepare outgoing mail, USPS or Fed Ex
- Answering and routing all incoming calls; taking messages
- Assists visitors and customers with general questions
- Assist management with correspondence, photocopying, scanning, binding or other administrative duties as needed
- Assist Office Manager in coordinating events
- Document production and filing
- Maintain office supply
- Determines which local markets should be canvassed for prospective Members
- Assistance with Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint Projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to answer telephone in a professional manner
Working Conditions:
- This position requires the ability to speak, hear, and see
- The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time using a monitor and keyboard; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- This position will also require the employee to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch to pick things up or move displays around
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally
- Noise level is moderately quiet
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Work weekends and holidays
