Job Description
The receptionist will complete Work Orders, order supplies, maintain an inventory log, and assist the program staff with data entry.
The Receptionist ensures that medical, social, personal, and financial information relating to each client is kept confidential and made available only to authorized persons.
As a member of the client care team, the Receptionist works cooperatively and effectively to meet program standards and excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy, diplomacy, and tact
Responsibilities
Primary: Answer telephones, direct callers to the appropriate people, take messages, and welcome residents and visitors.
Secondary: Order supplies and maintain an inventory log. Other functions that may be required with this position include:
- Complete Work Orders.
- Assist with data entry.
- Sign residents, staff, and guests, in and out.
· Sign for packages delivered to the site and ensure that they are received by staff. · Ensure the coffee room is stocked daily.
- Distribute memos and flyers to residents.
- Assist the program staff set up for recreational and social functions.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required.
