Receptionist

Rivas and Associates is a fast growing immigration law firm in Oklahoma. Our mission is to make the American dream an American reality for our clients. We are seeking a receptionist that has a passion for helping others and would like an opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Must speak English and Spanish fluently
• Greet persons entering the establishment with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Answer and transfer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take detailed messages and deliver messages to the appropriate party in a timely manner.
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Provide administrative support to other departments.
• Scanning and sorting mail
• Receive payments from clients
• Maintaining a tidy lobby and kitchen
• Must provide excellent customer service
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Covid -19 Vaccination preferred but not required (sign on bonus offered)
