Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for the front office operations of the practice. This position will be responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk. The Medical Receptionist will also be responsible for collecting copays and submitting payments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, office staff, and management.
• Previous experience in a medical office would be nice but not necessary.
• In addition to speaking English, Spanish would be great. 

Hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

7:45 AM - 1:00 PM  and 2:45 PM - 5:00 PM (Lunch is from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM)
